Faulty Products
If you encounter any issues with our products, please reach out first at cheekzi.undies@gmail.com to inform us of the fault. We will provide a full refund upon the return of the faulty product, including the cost of regular shipping back to us (with a postage receipt).
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Contact us and return the product in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. We will refund the purchase price, minus our original shipping cost, once we receive the returned item.
Process for Returns/Exchanges

Return the Item: Once our team confirms, send the item back in its original condition.
Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund or send the exchanged item as previously arranged.
