Same-Day Processing

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Expect your CHEEKZI delights within 2 to 7 business days, absolutely free.
  • Express Shipping: For those who can’t wait, get your items in just 1 to 2 business days for $8.99.

Non-Delivery:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived, let us know within 20 days of dispatch—we’ll get right on it with Australia Post. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items reported undelivered more than 20 days after dispatch.
  • Incorrect Address: If there’s a mix-up with the address and it’s our mistake, we’ll resend at no extra cost to you. Otherwise, an additional postage charge is required for resending.

    • Express: 4-7 business days for $19.99 USD.

    • Standard: 10-15 business days. Free for orders over £20, otherwise £4.99.

    • Standard: 8-12 business days. Free for orders over $30 NZD, otherwise $6.99 NZD.

    • Standard: 10-20 business days. Free for orders over $24 USD, otherwise $6.99 USD.
